Just dieticheskie and eggplant can be cooked in a microwave:
- a vegetable wash, cut the tail, flesh cut into cubes
- dices to place them in a bowl for the microwave, sprinkling with salt, spices and finely chopped garlic
- put in microwave for 3-5 minutes, then remove, stir and (if the vegetable is not too soft) cook for another
Well as a separate side dish or addition to a salad.
