Честно говоря, я также думал, что в достижении участвуют те разделы, которые раньше начаты. Но сейчас специально все проверил, отметил 23 раздела, участвующие в достижении, и количество решенных задач в 27 разделах, которые есть у меня в сохранениях с момента старта достижения. Потом начал решать тот раздел, в котором было меньше решенных задач (и который соответственно не участвовал в достижении). Как только количество решенных задач стало больше, чем в последнем из 23 трех участвовавших до этого разделов, в достижении начал участвовать этот раздел вместо того, которого он обогнал. Так что @Memo абсолютно прав - учитываются разделы, в которых решено больше задач, причем учитываются динамично, все изменения фиксируются по ходу дела.
